Can I have my purchase assembled/installed?
Yes, we offer complimentary white-glove delivery and assembly service of the larger furniture items within the Greater Montreal area. White-glove delivery services includes delivery, installation and careful unpacking of your items. Each item, with the exception of lighting, will be carefully inspected and installed in the room of your choice. All packing materials will be removed from your home once the delivery has been completed. The white-glove delivery service does not include moving nor removing the existing furniture in your home.
We do not offer lighting installation. We recommend you have lighting installed by a certified professional electrician according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do you stock all items on your website in your showroom?
We do our best to provide our customers with a vast selection of merchandise available for purchase. Only select furniture pieces, art, accessories, and lighting from our online collection are showcased at our Montreal showroom. Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to know whether a specific item you’re interested in is available on the showroom floor or in our distribution center for a shorter delivery time.
What happens if the furniture I purchased does not fit into my home?
Prior to making any purchase at our retail or on our online store, we recommend taking measurements of your designated space and then take measurements again, just to be sure. Too often, we have worked with customers who didn’t have the proper space requirements for their furniture, only to find out it didn’t fit once delivered. We also recommend measuring the access points to your home or to your building to ensure that the furniture will fit through the entry points. If you live in a building, we recommend verifying with the building management team to see if the furniture you have ordered will fit in the common spaces and elevators.
Can I order fabric samples or swatches?

Do you install lighting?
Ambienti Design does not offer lighting installation. We recommend that all lighting be installed by a certified professional electrician according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Do you offer repairs on any of your products?
Should you require a repair on an item purchased at the Ambienti Design retail store or online, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
