DELIVERY POLICY
At Ambienti Design, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that your experience is seamless, from purchase to delivery. Below are the details regarding our delivery options, payment terms, and return policies for orders within the Greater Montreal Area and beyond.
White-Glove Delivery
We offer White-Glove Delivery within the Greater Montreal Area (up to a 30km radius from our location) for all applicable products. Our team will carefully deliver your items to the room of your choice, set up your furniture, and remove all packaging materials.
- A delivery fee of $275 applies for all orders within the Greater Montreal Area (up to 30km).
- For orders delivered outside the Greater Montreal Area, a delivery fee starting at $350 will apply.
- Pick-up from our showroom for smaller items is free of charge.
Delivery to Areas Outside Quebec
For deliveries to other provinces or internationally, please contact our customer service for specific charges.
Delivery Conditions
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the room is clear of any obstacles before delivery. Our delivery team will not move or dispose of existing furniture.
- Please note, that if the delivery is within a multi-unit building, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the elevator is booked and the furniture fits in the common spaces.
- If the furniture does not fit in your desired space or building, the customer is responsible for the decision and costs associated to return or exchange the item, assuming the item is eligible for a return or exchange.
- In winter months, ensure all walkways and driveways are clear of snow and ice.
Inspecting Your Merchandise
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for carefully inspecting all the items to ensure there are no damages or defects. Our team will ask for the customer’s signature to confirm that the items were received in good condition. If the customer notices any damage, it must be documented at the time of delivery.
Failure to report damages or defects immediately may affect the customer’s ability to submit a claim. If any issues arise, please contact our customer service team at info@ambienti.ca.
Items Sent “On Approval”
A payment and delivery fee applies to all items sent “on approval to a client's home. Items that were sent "On Approval" to a client's home that are not being kept by the client must be returned the same day.
